Rob is an entrepreneur and car wash industry professional who’s spent his career in every corner of this business. From multi-unit start-ups to complete company turnarounds. He’s built washes, operated them, navigated noise complaints and municipal zoning battles, launched membership programs from zero, and trained the staff that made it all work.
At some point, operator after operator started calling for his advice. So he built a consultancy around it.
Wash Guru has been operating since 2008. In that time, the core philosophy hasn’t changed: every site is different, every market is different, and every owner deserves a plan built for their specific situation. Not a template. Not a recycled playbook from a wash three states away.
