Market Analysis

We study maps as well as drive the market, putting together a competition report. We basically do mini site reviews at each of your competitors' locations and provide you with our findings. This information and resulting plan is crucial to determining your competitive strategies going forward.

Municipal Requirements

We work with you and the city to ascertain zoning, set-backs, green space requirements, special use permits, signage restrictions, etc.

Site Grading

We provide you with a 30-point grading report outlining each criterion with actual data included. This report formulates whether your site deserves a grade of A, B, C, etc. This report is an invaluable head start to your business plan. This part of the assessment is basically a "Go/No Go" recommendation.

Site Plan

We will work with you and/or your design team to design a site plan for optimal efficiency, bearing in mind entrance queuing, exit queuing, visibility, building design, tunnel length, etc.

Proforma

We will provide you with a proforma outlining basic volume, sales, cost, and profit projections for break even and year two. These are based on conservative projections.

Face-to-face Meeting and Deliverables

After our analysis is complete, we will conduct a virtual meeting to discuss our findings as well as provide you ample opportunity for a lengthy Q&A session addressing your plan/project/needs. In addition to the site grade report we will provide you with a written report outlining our findings.
